South Bend Orthopaedic Associates in South Bend, Indiana, opened in March 2000. It is a 35,000 square foot facility that houses orthopaedics, physical therapy and DME. Somerset provided project management services, which included strategic planning, entity formation, capital and financing sourcing and oversight of the construction process. We are currently working on a second building project with this group.
